Rugby World Cup 2007
This Friday, France play Argentina in the opening match of the Rugby World Cup 2007. And my god, I’m excited! Probably more so than I have been with any other recent sporting event. For 44 days from Friday, there’ll be more rugby matches than I can possibly watch. On the following Saturday, there’s three consecutive matches starting from midday. I can’t wait!
I’m sure I’ll be writing much more over the next month and a bit, but for now, I thought I’d post my fantasy rugby league team that I’ve just submitted on the official RWC website. I’m pretty pleased. I got everyone I wanted and the others I’ve got all seem like good choices. We’ll find out soon enough.
